Every application for a transfer certificate (T.C.) shall be made in writing by the parents on a prescribed form.
The TC. will not be issued until all the dues are paid.
Afees of 100/- is charged for a T.C. and the same will be issued only after the receipt of the application. Other certificates from the school office can be provided, provided an application is made to this effect.
Amonth’s notice in writing is required before a pupil can be In lieu of such a notice an additional fee for three months will be charged. No notice is accepted during the school vacation.
Fees once deposited either fully or partially for the academic year are neither transferable nor refundable.
